Studio unit has queen size bed (new 2008), queen size sleeper sofa (new 2008), dresser, end tables, television and dinette set. Kitchenette includes small stove, small sink and small refrigerator. Appliances are new as of 2007. This well lit end unit sleeps 4, 2 very comfortably. If it's just the two of you look no further! It is one of the best values at the beach.
