We have a lovely, one-bedroom, one bath condominium approximately 1/2 mile from Traffic Light #6 in downtown Gatlinburg. Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and color/cable tv and DVD player. Double sliding doors open onto a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee along with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and attached full bath. The sofa in the living area opens into a queen sleeper, and coffee table lifts up for an eating area. All linens and towels are provided. Windy Oaks has a heated swimming pool which can be seen from our balcony. Parking is no problem - you can park right outside the condo, or in the lower level covered parking deck. Don't want the hassle of driving or looking for parking in downtown Gatlinburg? Then take the trolley, which stops only a short distance from the complex. Cost is 50 cents and you can even transfer to the Pigeon Forge trolley.
