Fully furnished room with a queen bed, plush carpet, desk, 5-disc CD player / radio, TV (for movies only), full bathroom, screened outdoor kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster, french press, and all utensils. Your own barbeque and charcoals are outside for your use. Towels, linens, beach towels and beach mats are provided. Snorkel gear and cooler are also provided for your use. There is wireless internet in the cottage.

It is wonderful to come back to the cool mountain air after a day at the beach or in hot sun of the town, to a lovely room surrounded by trees. Bring your favorite CD's and enjoy a leisurely morning cup of Kona coffee and look at the Atlas of Hawaii, Birds of Hawaii, Fish of Hawaii and other reference books. You will see many tropical flowers, orchids, and trees at this Hawaiian tree nursery. Five miles to beaches, Kailua town (restauraunts and shopping), and airport.

There is a pond, tree nursery and a zendo on the grounds. You may walk around the gardens, have lunch under the trees, and sit meditation in the zendo at any time you wish.
