This one bedroom plus a bunk room vacation rental is fully equipped and comfortably sleeps up to 6 or 7 if some are children (the bottom bed of the bunk is double sized). There are 2 full bathrooms. The master bathroom has a separate garden tub, shower and double sinks. It has it's own private balcony overlooking the lushly landscaped pool deck and the gleaming waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom as well as the living room open onto the balcony(giving you a double sized balcony) with gulf front views, a rare find for a one bedroom. With both being on the Gulf, you have a double sized balcony. The beds are 1 king, bunk beds (one is full size) and a queen sleeper couch. There are 3 TV's with the one in the living room being 50 inches. The kitchen is decorated with chefs thus giving this vacation rental it's name "Beach Chef". The footage is 860 sq ft net heated and cooled and 195 sq ft on the balcony giving a total of 1053 sq ft,
The condo is on the 10th floor. The first 4 floors are parking and the 5th floor is the pool deck. With the pool deck being on the fifth floor, it gives you more privacy.
There are 2 swimming pools (one heated), 2 hot tubs, large mushroom fountain for the children to play in, theatre, game room, shared BBQ's, and a 2000 square foot fitness center overlooking the pool.
