This property(I call it "Breakfast At Tiffany's") was just opened in March 2007. It is an absolutely beautiful luxury resort and the pool is unbelieveable. It is the sister property to Silver Shells and is across the street from it. Both properties have the same developer and management company. This unit is privately owned and has been professially decorated and furnished. This is a FULL 2 bedroom unit not the junior 2 bedroom It is on the fourth floor of the west tower. It offers all the amenities of a hotel suite at a first class hotel at the price of a hotel room. This is a condo where you can go and feel pampered. The master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room all open unto a terrace. It has a full kitchen with granite counter tops. If you feel like cooking, it is fully supplied with all the utensils you will need.
It has 1175 sq. ft.heated and air conditioned and 265 sq ft of terraces, giving a total of 1440 square feet. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, the master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath and the guest bedroom has a king bed with it's own private terrace. There is another full bath. The unit basically has 2 master bedrooms, making it perfect for 2 couples. There is a LCD flat screen televisions in each room, with the one in the living area 32 inches. Trader Vic's is on site with nightly live music. You can have your Mai Tai and lunch at the pool. There is also a coffee shop serving Starbuck coffee. The courtyard is 2 acres of fun with a 11,000 sq ft lagoon pool that has 5 waterfalls and bridges.
For the children there is a children's pool, 20x20 dancing fountain area, and a state of the art large children's playground.
