Welcome to our "Bayonet Point Hospital" and "Bonati Institute" - Friendly, beachfront condominium. From the moment you are permitted to pass through our security gate and enter Gulf Island, we know you will enjoy this little piece of paradise. At Gulf Island you can fill your days walking along the ocean's edge, reading a good book, or catching a tranquil sunset from your balcony. If you prefer more active vacations, you may choose to work out in our full gym, swim in one of our two large pools, play tennis on one of our two tennis courts, or catch up on shopping at the nearby mall, Port Richey, or Tarpon's Sponge Docks. If water is "your thing," there are limitless nearby water-sport activities including jet ski, sailing, deep-sea fishing, etc.

From our private island, you are only a short drive to a number of major amusements and other Florida attractions including:
- Disney World
- Busch Gardens
- Weeki Wachee
- Casino Gambling Boats
- Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches and shopping

There are a number of great local restaurants including:
- Pape Kebos
- Sams on the Beach
