The apartment was redecorated in August 2007, with most of the "white goods" also being replaced at this time (ie kettle, microwave etc etc). Further improvements have been completed in April 2008, with British TV stations being added (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, Ch5 and 2 top sports channels). A new leather reclining sofa has also been fitted, as well as new double glazing throughout.
It consists of the following: The Bedroom has a double bed, "tallboy" style chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe (containing FREE security safe), bed reading lights. ceiling fan, dressing table with mirror and "French Windows" to small garden area. A hairdryer is also provided.

The Living Room contains 3 seater sofa (containing 2 single sofa-beds, which can also be set as a double bed),NEW for 2008 - Leather reclining sofa, 32" LCD TV (** NEW - British TV Channels added ** with local TV and some limited satellite channels), DVD Player (DivX compatible) with selection of DVDs, Hi-Fi System(with selection of audio CDs), Sideboard containing games, DVDs, audio CDs etc, ceiling fan, cupboard with ironing board, iron & mops etc, armchair and a breakfast bar to the kitchen. There is also a phone which can be used for incoming calls only. The Kitchen Fully fitted American style kitchen, comprising of 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, and all crockery & utensils etc. The Bathroom Fully fitted bathroom, with bath/shower, sink, WC, Bidet & illuminated mirror/cabinet. The bathroom will undergo total refurbishment in May 2008.

The Patio has Table & 4 chairs. Removable/foldable Clothes Drying Frame. Please Note - we work with other owners in Yucca Park, and can provide mutiple apartments if required.
