The house which was built in 1980 over an old wine cellar was renovated in 2005. It is a two storey building with the three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor while the entrance, kitchen, dining, living, bathroom, and terrace are ground floor. It has a small garden (BB area) and a vineyard (about 7000 sq mt ). It is situated over a hill from where it commands fantastic scenery of the vineyards, forests and towns of the Podravje region. Standing on a ridge overlooking the vineyards and the surrounding woods, this holiday reatreat is just 100 metres away from the village core i.e.the Post office the store the school the bus station etc. The nearest restuarant and wine bar is just 1km away. Several other wine bars and taaverns are scattered in the vicinity. While hospitality, cuisine and famous local white wines are the main ingredients of this region, the country side and forests provide beautiful horse riding, hiking and biking routes. Several natural thermal spas can be found in this area. The Pahorje ski slopes are about 35 km away.
