The magnificent Sea Breeze Villa is part of a small private enclave of five individually owned homes named Caye Villas that share a private beach and pool on beautiful Ambergris Caye in Belize.

Sea Breeze Villa is two-story and is over 2,000 square feet and features a large master bedroom suite (400 sq. ft.) with a private sitting room and desk area plus two other bedrooms - all with in-suite full bathrooms with huge walk in showers and double sinks. In addition, there is a fourth full bathroom off the great room area and you'll find two queen futons for extra accommodations as well as a wooden crib for young guests.

We have a TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo and satellite dish with DirecTV as well as satellite wireless Internet. We have also provided games to play, books to read, DVDs and VHS tapes CD's. You'll find free wireless satellite Internet service available in the villa as well as on the veranda and around the pool. Now, that's the way to stay in touch! For your convenience, there is also a phone in the villa with free calling throughout Belize.

The whole house has air conditioning, coral stone floors, and wonderful local hardwood cabinets and trims throughout. This is the ideal place for the guests who just cannot imagine coming to this natural Belizean paradise and being confined to a hotel room, apartment or condo. You know you are in the tropics as you settle into the laid-back ambiance of this wonderfully appointed beach villa with a tall cool drink in hand, gentle breezes on your face, white sand between your toes and beautiful azure sea views.
