Off of the living room, is a wonderful deck where you can sunbathe to your hearts contenct or sit under the unbrella and enjoy the views.

With a short 5 minute walk you may make your way to a public beach with a protected swim area, with public bathrooms, picnic tables, BBQ area. Yet still within walking distance or short drive to many great restaurants and shops. You can bike or walk to Tahoe City, as the bike path is not far away. There's an Italian restaurant withing walking distance and a small market as well.

World class resorts are not far away (Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Homewood) and 20-30 minutes to Northstar and many others. We are located in Year-round vacation area with opportunities for many outdoor activities including, hiking, mountain biking, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobile riding, snow shoeing, sailing, and many more!
