Welcome to our 'Home away from Home' in the Reserve at Town Center Resort. As you drive through the impressive entrance of our gated community, you will immediately be immersed in the tranquil setting of well manicured lawns, impressive palm trees and the pastel colored homes that surround this conservation area. Our villa has 5 Bedrooms, 2 being Queen Master suites with en-suite bathrooms. One of the master bedrooms ensuite baths has an entrance leading directly onto the pool deck. The 3rd bedroom is Full sized and bedrooms 4 & 5 are Twin Bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. These 3 bedrooms share the 3rd (family) bathroom.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen, Games room with a pool table, foosball table and there is also movies (DVD's and VHS movies), card games and books for all ages for our avid readers. FREE WI-FI ACCESS is in the villa at no additional charge. We also have a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board in the villa for your use. Towels and Linens are provided for your stay.
The pool is South facing and is heatable for an additional charge. Our pool overlooks the conservation pond so you do not have any neighbors directly behind you. The pond is alive with alot of wildlife to observe. Enjoy your morning coffee whilst observing the native birds, cranes,turtles, otters, wild turkeys as well as the other animals in the area.
We are located 10 minutes away from Disney, 15-20 minutes from Sea World,& Universal. A short 5 minutes from the house you will locate 2 Famous World Class Golf Courses being the Reunion and Championsgate golf courses. There are also many other courses within a 10-15 minute drive. Grocery stores,fuel(gas)stations and restaurants are only 5 minutes away as well as a CVS and Walgreens Pharmacy. Interstate I-4 is 5 minutes away from the villa. The I-4 is key to traveling central Florida and to all its wonderful destinations. From the I-4 you can get to Tampa in about 1 hour or to Daytona Beach in about 70-75 minute
