This beautiful new villa is on the gated community of Highgate Park, off Highway 27 near its junction with the 192. Its superb location means that not only is it extremely close to Disney World (about 10 minutes) all of the other theme parks are a short drive away. You are also ideally situated to be able to explore the rest of Florida including both the Space and Gulf coasts that are both about an hour drive away. There are 2 supermarkets (Walmart 24hrs) within 5 minutes and a number of specialty shops, takeouts and a pharmacy. If you want to eat out there are a large number of restaurants with something to suit every taste and budget. The world famous shopping malls are only a short drive away and for golf enthusiasts there are many courses to take your pick from - the closest being Highlands Reserve and Polo Park.

Highgate Park has its own children's play area, picnic tables and tennis court (we supply rackets at villa) The villa has been furnished throughout to reflect the tropical nature of Florida with upgraded furnishings throughout. The heart of the villa is the great room, which is an open plan room with direct access to the pool area. It has a fully fitted kitchen, 2 dining areas and a seating area. The lounge area has a large screen cable TV with DVD player and PS2 games console. One of the sofas is a sofa bed. There is a master bedroom with king size bed, queen bedrom and two twins. A sofa bed brings the number of guests up to10 if required.

We have a full games room with pool table, foosball etc. There is wi-fi Internet access and free long distance calls to US and Canada. The pool area has dining and lounging chairs and the lanai is a great place to eat outside. The pool is screened and there is a safety fence installed. Pool heating is an optional extra but a pool solar cover is in place during the winter months to ensure the temperature stays up so you can enjoy the pool and spa.
