Our villa consists of 4 bedrooms (1 en-suite) plus 2 additional bathrooms, 2 spacious lounges, 1 formal and 1 family room, a formal dining area plus a breakfast area, a fully equipped large kitchen, a laundry room, a double garage with remote controlled doors, and a wonderful large partly covered patio with private screened larger than average swimming pool. The villa is fully air conditioned, and has free Cable TV (3 TVs), a DVD player with a number of DVDs, an X-BOX, Games System (with a large selection of games), music system and CDs, also a large selection of local guide books. Our villa is beautifully decorated throughout and we have added many personal touches which we add to on each of our visits to our home. We also provide Free WiFi Broadband Connection, just bring your laptop!
The family room with patio door access to the pool has cool clean tiled floors. The lounge and formal dining room have high vaulted ceilings that create a pleasant spacious feeling to the area. The modern kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc. A separate laundry room comprises a large American style Washing Machine and separate Tumble Dryer .The master bedroom is en-suite and has just been redecorated with new top quality bedding, new lamps, pictures etc. and features a 25" television with Cable TV, Telephone, Alarm Clock, ceiling fans, a Queen sized Double Bed. The second bedroom has a double bed, TV and adjacent shower room with access directly to the pool area. The third and fourth bedrooms both feature two single beds ideal for the children. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
Our pool, which is the largest size available, features a large sun deck and is positioned in such a way that it receives sun all day long. We have a large covered lanai which provides shade for the children if it is too hot this is the perfect place to sit and relax and to eat breakfast and lunch in the open air.
