Property Description: This home has been set up as our personal holiday home. We visit five times a year and make sure that all is in order. It has a local Management Company to ensure prompt response to any problem. Highland Reserve is just 15 minutes from the entrance to Disney and the I4 which leads to all of the other parks. John and Jill would be very pleased to have you visit and enjoy their facilities.

Living Areas: The home has two lounges, a dining room that seats 10 and an extensive library. There are two master bedrooms, a double bedroom and two twins. Each bedroom has TV and the main lounge has a 32" TV with over 300 channels as well as Video and DVD. The deck has been extended to allow a large pool and Jacuzzi. It has enough seating on the deck to satisfy all. It has a utility room with washer and dryer and a double garage.

Master Bedrooms: The 2 Master Bedrooms are both ensuite with one King and one Queen size beds. Each is equipped with Cable TV, and Direct access to the Pool Deck. The two Master bathrooms have walk in showers and one has a Jacuzzi bath. Other Bedrooms: The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suites, and share a bathroom. Two bedrooms have twin beds and the fifth bedroom has a double bed and each has Cable TV.

Exterior: One of the main features of the villa is the great West facing pool with oversized pool deck. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool and adjoining Jacuzzi, there is a large patio area with sun loungers, plus a table and chairs plus extra chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. We also have a large double garage with automatic door, so you don't have to go out to a baking hot car each day! Location & Surroundings: Highland Reserve is a lovely community which is part residential and part rental.
