Southern Dunes is a gated community with 24 hour security. Outside the gate and within walking distance are supermarkets, fast food outlets and restaurants.

At Lake View Villa, you will enjoy 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private swimming pool (if you have children, there is is a safety fence for your added peace of mind), a games room and an extended garden for your extra enjoyment. The sun gets to the pool area about 10.30 in the morning and stays there until sunset.

Purchased primarily for our our own use rather than an investment property, we visit twice a year to ensure that it is in tip top condition, not only for our use but yours too. We have added a games room and PS2 and on site there are tennis courst, the golf course, a small fitness room, library and club house.
