It is a corner unit that is rare in condos.the view is spectacular--can see East, West &North, while on the balcony.We have happy guests that come back every year.--- Almost every thing is new, even the airconditioner and duct work.The ocean front pool is sparkling, clean and deep--also have a kiddies pool.----I have furnashed the uniit so that it is comfortable, restfull, yet resort like atmosphere.Plenty of room and seating for guests You only need to bring your self,(of course clothing) toiletries and food.
Towels, toys,cooking utensils are provided --I live 5 minutes from the condo if something is needed--call--386-478-1739 we are close to every thing---Orlando is 90 min. away with its theme, and water parks. Daytona with its flea market, race track 20 min. away.New smyrna shops rent just about every thing needed for water & beach fun. Also the Space Center is about the same as Orlando in distance.
