Chris & Sue's Villa in Southern Dunes Once you have been out for the day and experienced the high spirits of the theme parks, it is essential to slow down and unwind. Rather than go back to a noisy crowded hotel, come and inhabit somewhere peaceful and homely. For that reason indulge yourselves by renting our luxury executive home (The Fairway) in the secure safety of a gated community at Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. The Fairway can accommodate 8-10 people. It is tastefully furnished and boasts 2 large master bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms and cable TV. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, cable TV and share the third bathroom. The living area has a formal dining table, informal eating area, free cable TV, music system, and CD player, as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate two persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential modern appliances. There is free high-speed internet access available for those who need to bring their laptop with them to keep in touch. As parents ourselves, we know the significance of having a crib/cot, highchair, which can be made available on request. For those of you who want to feel at home, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage, thus enabling you to return home with clean laundry!! s our villa is on a large corner plot, the pool area is not overlooked. The pool is west facing, with a covered lanai to enjoy Florida's sunshine. The pool area has the safety of alarms (that can be deactivated) on both doors, as well as the convenience of being able to enter a bathroom attached to one of the master bedrooms. The villa is located at Southern Dunes: a quiet, friendly, safe and relaxing neighbourhood. The community is set on an 18-hole, Golf Digest 4-star rated championship golf course. Inside Southern Dunes you will have access to amenities that include fitness gym, tennis courts, heated community pool, children's play area, fishing lake and a clubhouse with a restaurant.
