These are studio condos with 1 bath, located across the street from the beach, and are brand-new conversions with tile floors and granite countertops. There is a queen-size bed as well as a fold-out couch in each unit, so they will sleep up to 4 people each. They are also connected by an adjoining door -- discount is available if you rent both units. The kitchens are well-equipped, with everything you need to prepare meals however there are lots of restaurants in the area, many of them within walking distance. Night life on the beach is also within walking distance. Laundry room in building, free parking.
