Villa Linton is a beautiful 5 bed/3 bath 2 storey villa adjacent to our 3 bed villa in a quiet gated community in Kissimmee. It is just off US192, so it is ideally placed close to shops, restaurants and many attractions. Just a 10 minute drive to Disney Maingate and 15 min to Sea World.

We have a 30ft pool with inground spa and extended deck area, so lots of room to relax on the sun loungers. The garden is fenced so the pool area is private. We also have a covered lanai with table and seating for 6 for more relaxed dining.

The ground floor has a TV lounge, formal dining area, 2nd lounge, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry facilities, games room and 2nd suite with Queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

The first floor has the Master suite with King bed and ensuite bathroom, 3 twin rooms themed for children (USA room, Winnie the Pooh room and Jungle book room) and the house bathroom.

We supply towels, bed linen and hairdryers so just pack your clothes and relax.

For your security we are in a gated community and we have a security alarm and safe. We offer free of charge - local telephone calls, baby equipment - travel cot, highchair & stroller and internet access (own laptop required).
