Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 'Lakeside' villa is situated on the prestigious, gated Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club with its championship golf course rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and 6th best in Florida. Our pool has absolutely stunning unobstructed views over the 5th green and the lake beside it.
We have recently upgraded many items of furniture. There is a High Speed Wireless Internet Connection for use with your own laptop. Our upgraded cable package enables guests to watch selected English Premiership football matches. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, large fridge/freezer, crockery and cooking utensils. The family room has a sofa, sofa bed, TV, DVD, Video, CD & books. The dining area has a new dining table and 6 chairs. Our beautiful screened private south facing swimming pool (with optional heating) looks out over the fifth green and the lake beside it, so it is very private from behind. The views are Exceptional. There are sun loungers for relaxing, a table and chairs, and a shady lanai area. The pool & patio have lights for relaxing outside in the evening.
Upstairs, the master bedroom with ensuite shower room has a queen-sized bed, bedside cupboards, dressing table & TV. It has stunning views over the lake. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, TV, bedside table & dresser. Bedroom 3 is themed as a 'Mickey' bedroom with two twin beds, a Mickey TV, Playstation 2 & children's board games. Hairdryers, Stair Gates, Travel Cot, Highchair, Towels, Pool Towels, Bed Linen, washer, dryer, iron & ironing board are provided. There is also a superb 9 - in - 1 Games Table, 2 Mountain Bikes, Tennis Racquets & BBQ.
