Master bedroom suite with 5ft bed, patio doors to the pool, fantastic en-suite with 2-person shower, huge bath, twin washbasins and separate toilet, plus walk-in wardrobe. "Jack & Jill" bedrooms that share a full bathroom - one double (5ft bed again) and one twin. Further twin room and third full bathroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and all have cable TV. There is a large open plan living area with vaulted ceiling that includes the fully equipped kitchen (full size hob and oven, etc), a breakfasting area, a formal dining area, and sitting area with cable TV, DVD & VHS, CD player, all fully furnished and including a double bed-settee if required. Patio doors lead out to the pool. Double garage, separate laundry area All air conditioned (living area and master bedroom also have ceiling fans) and equipped with all bedding, towels, etc. There is a safety deposit box and monitored burglar alarm installed for your further peace of mind. The house has a small selection of family board games and holiday reading material. Telephone with internet access and all calls free is installed.
The fully screened pool and deck area at the back includes a spa. The pool and spa both have under-water lighting and can be heated if required, at a charge. Heating is recommended from October to March. Part of the pool deck is covered ("lanai"), 26' by 8' with a light & fan in the ceiling. There is an outdoor dining table, chairs and sun-loungers.
