The Villa is five miles from Walt Disney World, Orlando, just south of the 192 at Formosa Gardens, Kissimmee. The rear of the Villa is south facing and the Pool and Spa face out on to a conservation area. The bedroom configuration is as follows; the King Master, Queen Master and second Queen bedroom are on the ground floor, along with the half-bathroom. There is also the sofa bed. On the first floor is the second King, the two singles, two bunks, crib, and Family Bathroom. The King faces out to the rear of the villa with great views over the conservation area. The Pool is heated to around 80 degrees and Pool heating is included at no extra charge from October through May. The Spa is heated to around 85 degrees and Spa heating is included at no extra charge all year round.
A computer is provided with High Speed wireless Internet Access at no extra cost. A Games Room has been added, containing a pool table, air hockey, foosball. Plus there's a TV with PS2 and a range of PS2 games. There is a DVD player in the lounge, and also in each of the King Bedrooms. There's also a multi CD stereo system. A Barbecue Grill can be hired at a weekly rate. The Villa is situated at the gated Windsor Palms community, which features its own Community Center with a wide range of leisure facilities. These are free for our guests to use.
