Our wonderful seven bedroom/five and half bathroom home is situated in the exclusive "Enclave" section of the Emerald Island Resort,a gated community which is within 5 minutes' drive of Disney World. It is an ideal location for large family groups. Inside, the house is fully equipped to a very high standard to meet all your holiday requirements.

Each bedroom has a TV (the 3 master bedrooms also have DVDs). The family room has a large 51 inch wide screen TV, Home Theatre, DVD and VCR. The living room has yet another TV with a Playstation 2 and games. We provide free wireless high speed Internet access and free international and long distance phone calls. The family room has a magnificent cathedral ceiling which gives a wonderful feeling of spacious luxury. The kitchen is generously equipped for eating indoors or outside. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a games room with a pool table, foosball table (table football) and air hockey.

The house leads onto a shaded lanai with tables, chairs and a barbeque grill. Beyond is a screened deck area with a heated south facing 30 foot pool and spa with sun loungers, overlooking a lake and a wooded conservation area. There are alarms on all doors leading to the pool and a child safety fence can be erected if preferred.

Emerald Island is built around a wooded area with a walking/jogging/biking trail. Shuttle services are available to the attractions. There is a large clubhouse with a heated community pool and spa, sauna and fitness centre. Facilities also include an outdoor play area for children, tennis courts and a Tikki Hut. Formosa Gardens Plaza which has a large supermarket and several shops and restaurants is only 2 mins away. For sports enthusiasts, there are several highly regarded golf courses within a very short drive. In addition to Disney World, attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are easily accessed via the I-4.
