Villa Captiva is located on the attractive and secure Indian Ridge development, 4 miles from Disney and 3 miles from shops, restaurants and many other amenities. You are so close to the Disney parks that you will be able to pop home for a swim and rest at lunch time! The house is decorated, equipped and furnished to a high standard and sits on a wide plot backing onto a woodland conservation area.
Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and two have twin beds. One twin has a Nickleodeon "Sponge Bob" theme that will delight the younger guest. The second lounge has a comfortable Queen pull out bed that sleeps two. The house has two full bathrooms and has been recently fully redecorated.
The south facing heated pool is fully screened and unusually large at 32'. On the spacious pool deck there are loungers and an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is an electric barbeque.We have recently added a hot tub! Great for relaxing in after a day in the parks!
The utility room is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The family lounge has a 34" TV with 100 channel cable and a Playstation2. All bedrooms enjoy cable TV too. The house is equipped with a High Chair and Crib.
