The villa is located in a peaceful area away from the main roads and yet enough close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses and of course, Disney World - Golf/tennis/walking Trails and boating in Fort Wilderness and Water Parks.
The large, covered south-facing patio is perfect for staying outdoors whether rain or shine! Pool side furniture is provided and our solar-heated swimming Pool is efficient in heating the pool water and certainly energy saving for the planet of course.
Our 3 large bedrooms all come with walk-in closets. The Master Bedroom is spacious with Queen bed, also equipped with TV, VCR, videos, CDs, telephone, radio & CD player, clock and plenty of reading material in the form of books, magazines. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds in each room and there are fans to all the bedrooms and Family room. Family Room has large screen TV, DVD Player and furniture.
Kitchen is well equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils, saucepans, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, pantry cupboard and telephone. Utility room equipped with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board. Health & Safety in place with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, Pool door alarms. Personal Safe available for a small fee.
