Description: Our luxury villa is a spacious, single storey home. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully air conditioned and heated. The villa has its own private, screened, heated 30 foot pool which is larger than average and this backs on to woodland preserve.
Lounge: The bright and airy lounge has both a three and two seater sofa, one of which converts into a double bed. A cabinet which houses a flat screen 42" TV showing cable channels, DVD/Video recorder and midi CD/Hi-Fi system. Telephone facilities that include free local calls. Dining Room: Formal dining area with seating for 6-8 people. Kitchen/Breakfast Room: The spacious kitchen/dining area is well equipped with the latest appliances allowing for self-catering facilities. These include a full size, self-cleaning electric oven, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and liquidiser. Laundry Room: Large washing machine and tumble dryer plus iron/ironing board.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, triple dresser, bedside tables with an alarm clock, extension phone, weather alert system and cable TV. It has a sliding patio door direct onto the pool area, a luxury en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with double bed, dresser, bedside tables and built in wardrobe + a 19" flat screen cable TV. Bedroom 3 has twin beds a drawer unit and built in wardrobe + 17" flat screen TV/DVD player. This room shares the family bathroom with bedroom 2. Bedroom 4 can accommodate 2 people in single beds. There is a drawer unit and built in wardrobe also available plus a 15" flat screen cable TV. A cot and high chair is also available for infants.
Games Room: The games room has a pool table, air hockey table & an electronic dart board. There is also a TV and a Playstation. Pool: 30 foot larger than average pool fully screened which backs on to woodland preserve.
