Our villa is ideally located for the numerous attractions Florida has to offer. Our home offers spectacular views from our private, heated and screened pool. Our large villa, 2,350 square feet, is furnished to the highest specifications and we have provided all the facilities you would expect, as well as many extras such as 5 cable TVs, DVD players and a selection of DVDs, X-box and games, family games, a wide selection of books, cot, high chair and much more, to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

There is a free high speed wireless internet connection and a concierge phone which offers voice mail, free local calls and direct access to local services such as pizza delivery, taxis and other useful numbers. There is also a cheap, unlimited international phone call package available if required. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished, with tiled floors and air conditioning/heating throughout for your year-round comfort. There is a fully equipped games room with a full sized table tennis table, full sized pool table, darts, fussball and arcade-style basketball.

As well as being located close to Disney and all of Orlando's many tourist attractions, our villa benefits from being located on Southern Dunes, one of the highest-rated public golf courses in Florida. Also on site are a club house with restaurant, communal pools, playground, gym and lake. There are many other golf courses in the surrounding area, making it a golfers' paradise. Within a five minute stroll there is a 24/7 Walmart, and a wide range of restaurants and shops. Our manager also lives on Southern Dunes and is available to help you make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
