Sandy Villa is an executive 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home, located on the development of Sandy Ridge. Ideally located for Disney ( approx 10miles) and all the other major theme parks and attractions. Our villa is located on large 50' plot with conservation woodland views to the side and rear, the pool and deck are west facing giving great exposure to the sun. After a busy day in the parks this is the ideal lactation to come to home to and relax.

Inside we have a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities you would expect, together with laundry faculties in the garage. All the furnishings have been individually chosen for a quality homely feel. Our beautiful family lounge has two sofas and an arm chair to relax on and large 32" screen TV. There is formal dining for 6 in the area and a further breakfast table and bar with stools in the kitchen.

To ensure the adults can unwind, there is a games room with Pool / Billards Table, Air Hockey and darts, plus of course a Playstation 2 games consol for the children to play. Two master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms ( ideal for 2 families). Our 1st master boast a King size bed, walk in wardrobe and bedside units and chest of drawers. Whilst the 2nd master has a Queen size bed, built in wardrobe, bedside units and drawers. Bedroom #5 also has a Queen bed, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe

The two further bedrooms have twin beds, bedside units and built in wardrobes both share the third bathroom. All rooms have cable TV and there is a music centre in the lounge, VCR & DVD player and games console are also provided. The villa is fully air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans to help keep you cool in the summer.

Access to the deck and pool is from the lounge via patio doors. The curved shaped pool is 28' x 14' and has a separate Spa /Jacuzzi, fantastic for relaxing after a busy day. There are padded sun loungers for some sun worshiping and a covered Lanai with fan and table and chairs.
