Upstairs you will find one of the master suites, a double bedroom and a twin room; the double and twin rooms share the third bathroom. Downstairs is the second master suite, a further twin bedroom and a half bathroom (toilet and vanity unit). Both master suites have hugh bathrooms each with a walk-in shower, deep bathtub and twin vanity units. Both master suites have cable tv's and large walk-in closets. The upstairs master has its own balcony overlooking the lake and the downstairs master has sliding glass doors leading out to the pool.

The pool and shallow kiddies splash pool overlook the lake. The shaded lanai, with its padded sun-loungers, electric barbeque, tables and comfortable chairs make the perfect setting for those days when you just want to relax. The villa has high speed internet access.
