Overlooks small lake with ornamental fountain. 2 Queen en-suite bedrooms, located downstairs, further 3 bedrooms located upstairs and serviced by further bathroom. 3rd Bedroom is queen sized, there is also a crib in this room. 4th bedroom has bunk beds and is ideal for the kiddies; there is a games console in this room. 5th bedroom is twin bedded.

The Lounge area leads onto the extended decking area with pool and Jacuzzi, attracting the sun from early morning until sunset. Dining area with seating for 8. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, crockery, cutlery. Linens, towels and hair dryers provided for our guests use. Estate amenities: communal pool, tennis courts, basketball, volley ball, kiddies play areas.

Over 30 golf courses within 30 minutes drive, the nearest being "Highland Reserve" which is approximately a 5 minutes drive. Restaurants, supermarkets are just minutes drive. Disney World is approx. 11 miles. Other major attractions are probably within 45 minutes drive, as are designer outlets and shopping malls. Beaches such as St.Petersburg on the Gulf Coast are approximately 90 minutes away. There is something for everyone and within easy reach.
