Located on the second floor (first occupied floor) with elevator or stair access. Parking located right below the unit. Master bedroom has new king sized bed. Guest room is set up with two twin beds and the pull out sofa in the den is queen sized. New kitchen and bathrooms in 2005. Kitchen is well stocked with all the major cooking appliances, dishes, etc. Washer and dryer right in the unit.
Located right on Sanibel's beach, this is a great family resort. Short walk down the stairs to the pool and the beach is just over the boardwalk. Swim, fish, shell, take a walk or just relax on the beach.
