(3) Queen Beds, (1) Full Bed, (1) Bunk Bed,(1) Futon (Queen), (1) Queen Sofa Sleeper.

Bear Lake is often called the "Carribean of the Rockies" for its intense turquoise blue water. As visitors catch their first glimpse of the lake, they marvel at its color and wonder what makes the lake so blue. Sitting on one of its many white, sandy beaches, you can imagine yourself on your own little island. Come and visit the best lake in the west!!! Holidays - Add $50/Night Memorial Day, July 4 & 24, Raspberry Days (1st Thurs-Sat in Aug), Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 Days), Christmas (24th & 25th), New Years

Policies: Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Occupancy is limited to the maximum amount listed for each property. Children under 3 are not counted towards the maximum occupancy. House parties are prohibited. No excessive drinking of alcohol. Cancellation Policy: more than 1 week - 50% of rental, less than 1 week - 100% of rental. Deposit: 50% of rental is due at time of reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. A security deposit is required for the rental. Any damage to the property will be assessed and collected. Violation of any terms will result in the termination of stay & Penalties.
