Our unit is a non-smoking unit that is located on the non-drive section on New Symrna beach.

Our nicely decorated 3rd floor unit offers a wonderful view of the ocean and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV with remote control there is also a door that leads to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a small TV with remote control. The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a full size bed a full size TV with remote control, DVD and VCR.

Amenities: The unit offers a fully furnished all electric kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher/disposal, basic small appliances, large closets, color cable TV, living/dining areas, patio/balcony, telephones with local service. The unit is in a 3 story building, with a seasonally heated pool & kiddie pool, 2 shuffleboard courts, basketball & hand ball courts next door, laundry facilities on each floor and 2 elevators (north & south side of building).
