Our luxurious 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom vacation home provides spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. It is located on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated community on Highway 27, with convenient access to I-4 and just a 15-20 minute drive to Walt Disney World. This is a great route into the parks as it avoids the traffic delays you may get on the 192. Universal, Seaworld and other world famous theme parks are all close by, as well as numerous shopping malls, many excellent golf courses and the Florida coast is only 60 minutes away.

This recently built villa is superbly positioned on a large corner lot with views and access to the nearby fishing lake. It is fully air conditione with a sparkling heated pool, spa,extended private sunny deck and shaded lanai. We provide luxury poolside furniture and sun loungers for you to relax on. Wi-fi High speed Internet and a computer are available for you to use and a brand new games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball.

Tower Lake Florida Villa comfortably sleeps 10 people and has 3 master suites. All have king beds, en-suite bathrooms and cable TV/DVD. 2 king masters are on the first floor (ground level) and the 3rd one is on the second floor (upper floor). The sleeping accommodations are further made up of 2 twin bedded rooms both upstairs on the second floor, they share the 4th bathroom. One of the twin rooms also has access to the shared bathroom through an adjoining door, it also has cable TV. We also provide, a crib, high chair, bed linen, towels and hair dryers.

There are 3 dining areas, a breakfast area with table, stools and breakfast bar, a shaded outside lanai for those poolside snacks and a more formal setting in the dining room for those special evening meals. The villa has a large comfortable lounge with cable TV and DVD player. The family room/den, has a double sofa bed, cable TV and a playstation 2. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a utilty room with washer and dryer.
