Property Description

This is a very large, well equipped and luxurious villa with over 2500 sq.ft of living space. There is a family room which, leads out to the lanai, a south facing pool, spa and spacious newly extended deck area. A new stand alone hot tub, which seats 7 people, has recently been installed. The whole pool deck is screened to keep out insects and the pool area is enclosed by a safety fence to prevent unwanted access to the pool area by small children. The spacious family room has a leather corner suite which reclines to relax in and watch the 60in HDTV with 500+ channels.

The first master suite has a 40in HDTV with it's own cable box, 500+ channels. The second master has a 32in TV and DVD player. A selection of films are provided. Each suite has it's own en-suite bathroom with corner tub, walk-in shower, WC and twin vanities. Hairdryers are provided in all bathroom. There are 2 comfortable twin bedrooms which share the family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and vanity unit. There is Air Conditioning thoughout the villa and ceiling fans in the family room an all bedrooms.

The kitchen is fitted with all appliances required to cater for your party. Cooker, Microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal makes cooking and cleaning up easy. There is also a fridge/Freezer which can provide you with crushed or cubed ice and chilled water. Tableware and serving ware are also provided.

A new BBQ and tools are there for you to use and unbreakable eating ware is provided for use when eating al-fresco. Luxurious dining for six in the dining area and the nook, just off the kitchen seats four. The pool deck faces south for all day sunshine. A hammock is there to relax in and the hot tub can be made available for a small extra charge. This is so relaxing after a long day in the theme parks.

Disney Maingate is just 15 mins drive. So easy to get home and relax by the pool. There are plenty of eating places nearby, entertainment and shopping is just as accessible.
