Cumbrian Lakes is centered around 3 lakes, has a children's play area and biking and jogging trails. Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach can be reached in about an hour.
The 27' private pool has an oversize deck area which is fully screened. The pool has it's own Jacuzzi/spa and faces south to catch the sun all day long. It backs onto a conservation area - giving you seclusion and privacy and pool heating is an optional extra. Pool furniture is available for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine.
The villa also has a large covered porch area with tables and chairs offering shade from the Florida sun.
Covering some 2450 square feet this spacious two storey accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms with King & Queen size beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen/breakfast area, lounge, family room and a separate formal dining area. The villa also has a games room with slate bed pool table and 8ft air hockey. A utility area with washer and dryer.
This vacation villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. The family room is tiled throughout and has patio doors leading out to the pool area. Here you will find Cable TV, VCR, HiFi and a Playstation 2 with a selection of games.
