Location: Our villa is situated in the residential area of Indian Point just 1/2 mile from the main US 192 Highway in Kissimmee. Here you will find many restaurants, shops and attractions and a 24 hour Wal-Mart supermarket.
Indian Point has its own communal recreation facility including a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a children's play area. There is also a small lake surrounded by its own fitness trail. Orlando International Airport is just 25 minutes away and Sanford Airport 45 minutes. Situated within easy reach of all major attractions: Disney World - 15 minutes. Sea World - 20 minutes, Universal studios - 30 minutes. Wal-Mart 24hr (7 days a week) supermarket - 2 minutes. Emergency walk-in medical center - 2 minutes.
The villa is air conditioned with its own private heated pool and spa/children's pool that is totally secluded with fencing and backs out on to conservation area. The large 30' by 12' pool and sun deck with sun loungers and an outside shower is completely covered with a fly screen. A large section of the deck area is under cover with tables, chairs and lighting in and around the pool for evening entertainment.
Accommodation: Boasts a spacious living area of 2,700sq ft. Furnished to a very high standard accommodating 10/12 people. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath and shower, TV and DVD, security safe. 2nd master bedroom with en-suite, Queen size bed TV & VCR. Double bedroom with Queen size bed & TV. 2 further twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have ample storge space and large wardrobes. 1 further family bathroom. Large lounge with 3 sofas including 1 sofa bed, TV & DVD. Seperate dining Room. Fully equipped kitchen with table & seating, seperate laundry room with washing machine & dryer. Large games room with comfy seating, pool table, dart board and table football. Off road parking for 2-3 cars.
