The apartment has an appealing shaped heated pool (electric heat pump), spa jets and love seat with cascading waterfall and plant feature. The south facing pool deck also affords lovely views of sunsets, and is comfortably furnished with loungers, table and chairs. Landscaped and well maintained gardens with lemon and orange trees along with Floridian flora. The sundeck overlooks a small lake and onto one of the most beautiful and longest views of Long Marsh Golf Course. The golf course, lake and garden invite all sorts of wild life and it is a regular occurrence to see birds flying into the lake to feed and drink.
While it is interesting to watch the wild life, it can also be fun to watch the golfers as they sometimes struggle to reach the greens. This is an ideal place if you are looking for luxuriant comfort, peace and tranquillity; yet ideally located in view of its proximity to the golf courses, beaches, water sports, shopping and the many places of interest for families to visit. The pool deck is equipped with high quality chairs, large table and loungers. For your added pleasure there is also a gas barbecue. An electric heat pump (optional), will ensure that the water is heated to an agreeable temperature all year round. The golden sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast are less than 15 minutes drive away and golf courses are even closer. The famous Boca Grande is also just a few minutes drive away.
