Villa Hatira is a luxurious private villa set in a ideal location opposite a park and only 5 minutes walk to Dalyan centre with its many bars, shops and restaurants. The two double bedrooms have their own balconies which overlook the garden, pool, park and famous Dalyan rock tombs which date back 4000 years. The garden at villa Hatira has numerous fruit trees, here you can pick you own peaches, bananas, lemons, limes and oranges, depending on the season. Or you can visit the local weekly market to purchase the wonderful fresh fruit and vegetable, cheese and herbs at very reasonable rates.

Dalyan is a conservation area and as such high rise buildings are not permitted. The beach is highly protected as one of the last nesting sites of the Loggerhead Turtle whilst in the river on which Dalyan stands, you may be lucky enough to see a large Nile River Turtle. For those who enjoy ancient history the city of Caunos is only 20 minutes walk from Dalyan but first you have to cross the river by rowing boat, a wonderful experience. At Caunos you will see Roman roads, temples, baths and the theatre as well as spectacular of the river delta and the beach beyond.
