The number of vehicles of overnight occupants is limited to the number of designated on-site parking spaces. This property's parking capacity is four vehicles designated as follows: two inside the garage, one behind the two-car garage in the driveway and one behind the third car storage garage in the driveway. There will be a $1000 fee assessed if this number of vehicles is exceeded. NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED.
