The Villaa€TMs south shore location is the prime spot to enjoy what Jacques Cousteau said is one of the largest coral reef formations in the world! Enjoy the snorkel and diversa€TM haven, as well as other water sports such as kayaking and sailing. These activities are accessible at Uvas beach or a 10 minute drive into downtown Cozumel. The Chankanaab National Underwater Park is also a short 15 minute walk away. You can also visit the Mayan ruins to learn about the history of Cozumel.

Make first right turn off traffic circle onto airport road.
Follow this road all the way until it ends at the sea (about 0.6 kilometers.).
At the sea turn left and keep on going past town and stay on the Main Road. You have to take the first exit to the right when you see the sign to CHANKANAAB PARK, about 3 miles south of town and this will put you on the Old Main Road which follows the sea. That road will take you to VILLA LAS UVAS which is 700 yards before the main park entrance of CHANKANAAB. The villa is on the left. If you reach CHANKANAAB, you have gone 700 yards too far. There is a house name on the left side of the road.
