The house can take six guests in comfort: there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom overlooking the gardens and pool, two single beds on a mezzanine an ensuite shower room, 1 double bedroom which opens onto a terrace and gardens, a separate bathroom and four toilets. A cot is available. Are available to guests two hair dryers. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The spacious dining room and living room include plenty of comfortable furniture, a piano, a fireplace, (wood is supplied), Satellite TV with English language channels, a VCR with English and French video tapes, a DVD/CD player, English and French DVDs, CD library, a radio and a tape deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped for enthusiastic cooks, and includes a dishwasher, a micro-wave, oven, vitroceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a full range of cooking utensils.

Also available to guests are a telephone at no extra charge for local and national, a fax, internet access WIFI or not, a large library with English & French books, several games (including Scrabble, Mastermind, and playing cards, a ping-pong table, table football, and badminton equipment.

Outside is a well-furnished terrace, shaded by trees and umbrellas, with a panoramic view towards the Durance hills. This is an ideal place to enjoy tranquility and privacy,
