This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 244 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 2, fourth floor (unit 244). It is a luxury unit with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. It has views of the ocean and golf course from the balcony. We also manage condo 241, 242 and 243 (next door) on the same floor, 222 (2nd floor), 233 (3rd floor), 262 & 264 (6th floor).

The balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular golf course views. The living room has generous seating arranged to take advantage of the golf views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center. The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Plus, we also have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computer.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults with towels provided, a second large pool (with towels provided) for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a snack bar, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. That was one of the best vacations we have ever had! The unit was very confortable, the view, the amenities and the area were awesome. Hope to come back again soon.

I also want to point out the professionalism of Steve: I was very frustrated looking for days for a vacation rental for the spring break and not being able to find one. From the moment I called him, he started helping me, first assuring me that he would book the unit for me and that nobody would be able to take it. That was a big relief! Then he kept communicating with me, sending the contract, describing how to get access to the unit, where to go, where to eat, places to see in surrounding areas and so on.

That was by far the easiest and the most pleasant vacation rental arrangement I've ever made.

Was it Clean?
a€" Immaculate a€" We really appreciated how clean our unit was.

How was it furnished and accessories?
a€" Great choices by whomever decorated. We liked the pineapple, tropical theme throughout the condo. As for accessories, you really need to have a DVD player on the large TV in the living room. For our family to enjoy a movie together, we had to carry out a TV from one of the bedrooms and than go buy an extension cord to plug it into an outlet. The glass dining room table constantly needed to be cleaned from the smudges.

How were the condo amenities?
a€" The family really enjoyed the two pools, the hot tubs, and especially the pool table. Many hours spent by the men in the family in the pool hall. The fitness center was great and much better than expected. We used it several times. The only knock against the recreational house was that the food and drink locations were not open. We would have thought that by June 1 it would have been open. The staff was very friendly.
