There are numerous decks and porches from which you can enjoy the myriad views offered by our prime location on the beach. This new home is also surrounded by over 50 mature palm trees which provide pleasant shade for those seeking to get out of the sun or have a nice picnic with a tropical atmosphere.

There is plenty of space inside to relax and still enjoy all of the wonderful views: the sea, dolphins and sailboats, or any of numerous different species of migrating birds. You can also relax outside on your private beach, or soak up some sun out on your own private beach. Or enjoy a day of fishing or boating off your 112' deep water dock.

Or how about a photo safari in the island's wildlife sanctuary, or going for a nice run, or walk along the islands 4 miles of pristine white sand beaches. Or maybe even photographing the dolphins and seabirds feeding right off the edge of your dock, the possibilities are endless...
