These upscale condos are only 2 years old with all new furnishing and appliances. With a gas fireplace, flatscreen 42" TV in the living room, and a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, what more can you ask for! Don't forget that you have all the amenities that you need with a health club on site with an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and fitness center. During the winter season you have your very own restaurant & lounge! You also have complemetary activities such as ice skating, snowshoeing, & cross country skiing.

On leaving our parking lot turn right travel to the bottom of the Killington Road, Turn right onto route 4 heading east, travel approximately 5.2 miles, you will pass the Killington Gondola, you will take the first right onto East Mountain Road. Travel approximately 1.3 miles up and turn left onto Bear Mountain Road to the entrance to Bear Mountain Lodge. Once you see the Bear Mountain you will keep left and follow the signs to Sunrise, going under the Sunrise ski trail bridge and passed the Fox & Pheasant Inn, following the signs marked Lodges.
