Nicely tucked away with it's own courtyard, this villa is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. The 22x20 living area has lots of room to relax, and two door walls that open to your private courtyard so you can enjoy the ocean breezes. We made this courtyard "escape proof" for your pets.

The dining area and kitchen are adjacent to the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. All the dinnerware, bakeware, mixing bowls, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, ice maker, spices, dish soap, dishwasher soap, spices, cleaning products, everything you need while you're here. There's even a pantry. The spacious 20x15 bedroom has an entire wall of closets plus a nice view of the back courtyard. We put the desk and computer in front of the window so there's a relaxing setting if you have to do a little work while your away from home, or just checking your email.

The linen closet in the bath has lots of deluxe oversized bath towels and large soft beach towels. We added an entrance off the hall way to make it more user friendly.The laundry room has all the things you might need during your visit...A vacuum, mops and brooms, ironing board and iron, feather duster, etc. All tucked away here just in case you need them. This villa now has a washer & dryer in the utility room.

The beach is just a few short steps away...Less than a two minute walk. Simply cross directly in front of EastWinds, walk down the little trail.... To the quiet section of our beach.
