Two bedroom, One bath - Sleeps 6. Park right outside your door! Our villas have exceptionally large floor plans... The living area is open and airy. A door wall from both the living and dining~kitchen areas make access easy to the BBQ grill in the large private courtyard. A stationary glass wall across the front creates a bright and open feeling. We put easy slide bamboo/wood retractable walls across the opening between the living and dining room, and across the the bar opening to the kitchen...Creating two sleeping areas. With the walls closed at night both the master bedroom and the living/bedroom both have private access to the center area of this condo...The kitchen, dining area, utility room and a door to the bath.

The kitchen has everything you need during your visit...All the conveniences...Garbage disposal, microwave, ice maker, etc. The kitchen is equipped with spices, dish soap, dishwasher soap, cleaners, etc. All the staples you will need even for an extendid visit. If it's not here...Just ask. There's even a pantry! The 20x15 Master bedroom has lots of closet space and room to spread out. You even have a large window with a view of your private courtyard.

The bath is user friendly. There's a door from the main hallway into the bath, a door from the bedroom, and also a privacy door between the tub/toilet part of the bathroom and sink/dressing area. This villa has a laundry room equipped with all the supplies you might need during your stay. The laundry room with washer/dryer right in the building is open 24 hours a day for your convenience.

Enjoy the huge private courtyard that goes with this villa. We added a BBQ grill and made it "escape proof" for your pets. A great place for relaxing or entertaining.
