Our ground floor condo, with front door parking has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, dresser and closet. Second bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, dresser, and closet. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a sofa, 2 chairs with ottomans, ceiling fan, TV with cable and VCR. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs, plus 4 TV trays. The bathroom has a tub with shower. The linen closet has all towels, sheets and hair dryer. The condo has a large pool and grills are available in the backyard. Beach access is across the street.

Anna Maria Island is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico, Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay and Anna Maria Sound. The Island has the feel of a fishing village. The Island is 7 miles long, with 3 drawbridges to the Island. The Island consists of three cities, Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria.

The Island offers many restaurants, kayaking, fishing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, sunbathing, historical attractions, shell hunting, bird watching, scuba dive, parasailing, museums, and walking trails. Rent a pontoon, powerboat or a charter. Play golf at one of the more than 45 courses in Manatee and Sarasota County. Check out Ellenton Mall, St Armands Circle and local shops. If you don't want to drive, Anna Maria Island offers a Free Trolley Service. Rent a bicycle, boat, scooter, or foot power.

We are only 15 miles to Sarasota/Bradenton Int. Airport. 37 miles to St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport and approx 45 miles to Tampa Airport. We are less than an hour from Busch Gardens and Hard Rock Casino. We are about 2 hours from Disney & Universal in Orlando.
