The 13 nicely decorated cottages with full kitchens stand steps from the shore of shimmering Lake Florida.The resort is located 6 miles west of the quiet resort town of Spicerin the Little Crow lakes Area of west central Minnesota, 95 miles west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.Families head straight for the 450 foot level, sand beach to enjoy FREE paddleboat, kayaks, canoe, hydro-bikes, sailboat, canoe and rowboats. There are also bikes, trikes and wagons of all sizes. The bikes can be used to tour the Glacial Lakes State Trail and the trails at Sibley State Park. Motors for the rowboats and a pontoon are for rent.

The Dickerson's create much of the fun for their guests serving homemade doughnuts at Sunday morning "mixers" and hosting pizza parties, hayrides for the children and campfires for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores.

The resort is on the east side of Lake Florida which makes viewing the sunset an almost dailey acurrance. All of the cottages have a picnic table, 2 sitting chairs and a deck. The cottages range in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.
