It is on a gorgeous, powdery, white sand beach, in the top of the hotel zone. The complex is across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- Carlos and Charlies, Senor Frogs, Cocobongos, and many more. You are walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. It's a short drive or walk to activities. It has a lovely, large balcony, with fantastic Caribbean ocean views! It has a kitchenette, two full size beds, & full size futon. A fantastic deal! Cancun is the 'Jewel of the Caribbean'. It has two gorgeous, oceanside pools.

The beautiful beach has turquoise, clear water. It is a larger studio with a kitchenette with utensils, microwave, dishes, burner, broiler, pots and pans, and small refrigerator. It is fully furnished, with 1 full size futon couch. Sleep, and drift off to the soothing sounds of ocean waves! There is a lovely balcony, & the condo has spectacular views! You can sit out and savor the lovely ocean view! There are marble floors throughout the condo. Bus lines are in front of the condo, cost less than a dollar, & run consistantly. Taxis are in front of the condo area. You don't need a a car! There are 2 fantastic oceanside pools in front of the condo. The condo is furnished with a cable TV, w/vcr/dvd, A/C, laundered towels, sheets, kitchenette, and is professionally cleaned.
